Broadside is an independent type foundry, sole-operator, registered in England & Wales and based in Clerkenwell, London EC1. Contact: info@broadwides.com.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund is issued.
All products are digital font files (OpenType OTF, variable TTF, WOFF2) and decorative assets (SVG, PNG) delivered via download link. No physical goods are shipped.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards. No card details are stored on our servers.
All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment you receive an email containing a download link. Downloads are available immediately. See our Delivery page for full details.
When you license a Broadside typeface, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence covering Desktop, Web, App, Broadcast and Brand use, as one bundle with no upsell. You may:

Our goods come with statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to digital content of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where there is a major fault you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. Nothing in these terms restricts those statutory rights. The Competition and Markets Authority (gov.uk/cma) regulates UK consumer protection.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the licence(s) you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All typefaces, ornaments, photography, copy, branding and code on this website belong to Broadside. The licence granted upon purchase is limited to Section 5.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales. UK consumers retain the right to bring matters before the Citizens Advice consumer service or the Competition and Markets Authority.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available here with a revised date.
